聂辉,博士研究生,1990年06月出生,2024年毕业于大连工业大学,食品科学与工程专业,现任广西马蹄加工工程技术研究中心副主任。

食品微生物,食品毒理学,微生物学

主要研究领域

益生菌改善认知损伤;农产品活性成分分离与鉴定。
